Tell us your gym name, what you tried and what happened. Do not send your password, sign in codes or card details.

Help from your gym

Contact your gym about membership fees, refunds, class rules, booking limits or changes to your member details. Your gym manages those choices.

Using a connected AI assistant

Use the Skull OS plugin to connect your account. Sign in and choose the gyms you want the assistant to access. You can ask for classes or bookings using a gym name.

If you belong to several gyms, the assistant should name the gym for each result and ask which one you mean when a booking request is unclear.

Open Settings in your gym app, then Connect your AI, to see the setup options available now. Public plugin installation will be available after the plugin is published.

To remove access, open the connection management link on Connect your AI and revoke the connection. You can also remove the plugin in your AI assistant.
