Use these steps to disconnect a social account or ask for related user data to be deleted from Skull OS.
Disconnect access
An authorised school owner or administrator can ask us to disconnect a social account. Access can also be revoked from the connected provider account.
Revoking provider access stops future authorised requests. It may not remove information already stored in Skull OS, so follow the deletion request steps below if you also want that information erased.
Request deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject User data deletion request.
- Give your name, school name, account email and the connected provider. Do not send a password, access token or payment detail.
- Tell us whether you want one social connection removed or the related Skull OS account data deleted.
- Complete the identity or authority check we send. This protects the school and account from an unauthorised deletion.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request and check whether NorthCode Digital LTD or the tenant school is responsible for the information. If the school is the controller, we may send the request to the school or act on its instructions.
Verified requests are normally completed within one month. We will tell you if the request is complex, if more time is allowed by law, or if some information must be kept for security, accounting, disputes or another legal duty.
When deletion is complete, active tokens and connection records in scope will be removed or made unusable. Backup copies will expire through the normal protected backup cycle.
Other Skull OS data
For member, parent, child, attendance, membership or school records, contact the school first. The school normally controls that data and decides how a valid request is handled.
For more information about rights and how information is used, read the Privacy Policy.
Contact
Skull OS is provided by NorthCode Digital LTD, company number SC864258, at 8 Frazer Street, Glasgow, G40 3QT, Scotland.
Email [email protected] for deletion or privacy requests.
Social connection data
When an authorised school user connects a social platform, Skull OS may store account and page identifiers, page names, granted permissions, access tokens, drafts, publishing results, comments, reviews and replies where the provider allows this.
Removing this information from Skull OS does not delete posts, comments, reviews or messages already published on the provider. Those items must be managed through the provider account.
